There are several activities coming up in the next few weeks. Please try to get Visiting Teaching done early this month and make sure those you visit are aware of events going on. There are some great fellowshipping opportunities!

This fall our ward will be putting together a "Zion's Market." We are asking that as you go through your home in the next few months, set aside any items that are useful and in good condition that you no longer need. We will display all the items gathered and will meet together to give and take. More information to come.

Wednesday, September 8
Relief Society Visiting Teaching Conference, 6:30pm at the McKee Chapel.
“BEE-ing a Faithful Visiting Teacher.”Dinner will be served. ALL sisters are invited and encouraged to attend. Childcare provided for those that need it.

Friday, September 10
Ward Temple Trip. Please contact the temple to make a reservation for the 6:15, 5:00, or 7:30 session that evening.

Back to School Backyard Party!

General Relief Society Conference, 5pm at the Stake Center.
Service projects and buffet dinner. Broadcast at 7pm.

For service projects, please bring fabric scissors. Material is being gathered for blankets. If you have any bright cheery fabric 1 yard of 45” wide cotton or flannel material, please bring to your Sister Castleton by September 12th.

For donation, bring any of the following items:
New or Gently Used Books and Magazines
Children’s DVDs and Videos
Toilet Paper
Clean, mended coats for men, women and children
Hygiene Supplies: travel size soap, shampoo, conditioners; combs, brushes and clips, feminine hygiene products; deodorant.
